HISTOIRE
Florentin Gal Mas de Pampelonne

Symbol of generosity

In Provençal symbolism, three cypresses at the entrance to a property are a symbol of hospitality.

They represent, reception, food and lodging, this warm, deeply human dimension, is today a sign of welcome.

The Mas de Pampelonne has made this tradition its image, illustrating the values of our land, in Provence.

of family

Created in 1886 by Florentin Gal the _

property of 15 hectares in Pampelonne, passed down over the generations, his son Lucien Gal, then to his granddaughter Christine Coste Gal who operates it for more than 30 years.

LES VINS

WINES

Our wines come from agriculture in organic conversion,

The harvest is manual, the vinification is done in our cellar.

The color of the wine is due to a very particular attention and a permanent control,

from the reception of the grapes, to the fermentation of the musts, as our ancestors did.

The specifications of the Côte de Provence appellation

is respected during all stages of the production of this rosé.

The côte de Provence - AOP

Rosé wine from Mas de Pampelonne has the “Côte de Provence” AOP appellation.

Its slightly amber robe, its nose of dried fruits, gives it a mouth with a frank attack, then ample.

Its characteristics make it an excellent wine to taste as an aperitif. It will also go well with all your dishes.

Today and for several years already, our wine is marketed all over the world.

In France it appears on the tables of prestigious restaurants.

Grenache noir, a grape variety with fruity aromas, mainly citrus, which brings roundness but also suppleness, married with Cinsault for finesse on the finish. Then Le Tibouren, a Provençal grape variety, with a fairly pale juice that gives exotic notes, as well as freshness.

Food and wine pairings

A sunny aperitif accompanied by anchoïade, grilled fish, and a good ratatouille, a good goat cheese platter and a Tropézienne tart.
